The community is mourning the devastating loss of 21-year-old Nicholas Tubbs of Grafton, Ohio who was tragically killed in a shooting outside a Walmart store in Elyria on Thursday evening. According to authorities, Tubbs was transported to the hospital after being shot but sadly did not survive. A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested. Tyler, the Creator was arrested today (March 15) at a Texas airport for allegedly inciting a riot at his SXSW music festival concert Thursday (March 13), according to TMZ. The site says that the Odd Future rapper is in custody in Austin, Texas on $3,500 bond.
